Terms of service

These terms are between you and Vibe Nanny ("we", "us", "our").

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

You must not use Vibe Nanny if you are legally barred from doing so.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, break these terms or put other users at risk.

Vibe Nanny helps you create, animate, organise and use characters and mascots, and connect them to your apps and AI agents.

The service may change, pause or become unavailable while we ship updates, fix issues or protect the platform.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable or removed.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads and other material you provide, and must have the rights to use them.

To the extent permitted by law, you may use outputs you create with Vibe Nanny for personal or commercial projects.

Generative systems can produce similar outputs for different users. We do not guarantee that an output is unique or free from third-party claims.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and deliver your content in order to provide the service.

Paid features, credits, plans and prices may change over time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits or paid features have been used.

Do not use Vibe Nanny to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing or exploitative content.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack or resell access to the service.

Do not submit secrets, passwords or sensitive personal information that the service doesn’t need.

Vibe Nanny is provided "as is" and "as available", without a promise of uninterrupted service or perfect outputs.

Review generated assets before using them publicly or commercially.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the three months before the claim, or 100 USD.

We may update these terms. If you keep using Vibe Nanny after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
