Product data: prompts, uploaded references, generated characters, images, animations, audio, canvases and the metadata needed to provide the service.

Payment data: purchases are processed by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.

Desktop app: agent integrations run locally. We do not upload your source code or terminal output.

When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise data we no longer need, unless we must keep it for legal, security or accounting reasons.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Vibe Nanny is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will act on it.
